The residents along with BuurtLAB and foundation Tussentuin garden a new design for their communal courtyard. Meeting is key.
Residents can sit together, eating and drinking tea. For children there are several playgrounds. The vegetation consists of edible and floral species.
In 2010, this area, which is bounded by the Multatulistraat, Vosmaer Street and Nicholas Street, designated as so-called development location.
